Usually it is only a matter of going to a store or making a telephone call for us to get these things for you.

Tell us what you want. We will find it and contact you to tell you the price. If we have any questions about size, color, style, brand, etc. we will contact you. It is that simple.

If you are placing an order for items from the web site and want to ALSO place an "I CAN'T FIND IT" order, simply proceed through the checkout process for your regular items. After you confirm your order you will get a product invoice from us. Simply e-mail your "I CAN'T FIND IT" order to us and include the Invoice number from your regular order. The reason we ask you to do it this way is because it gives us the possibility of looking at everything you want so we can then determine the most cost effective way of shipping everything to you.

What kinds of things do people ask us to get??? You name it. Almost anything. A certain brand of coffee they like. Maybe a brand of candy that is their favorite. Maybe some sort of traditional item. OOOOH or how about some absolutely wonderful HONEY!!! The bees here are very nice to us.

There are some reasons that at this time you may not see something you are looking for on the regular pages of our web site.

One reason is that in the past we just did not have enough requests for a specific item. When in the future we begin to get more requests we will include that item on the web site's pages.

Another reason is based on the shipping method the item would require. All the items on the regular pages of the web site have been and still are shipped in padded shipping envelopes. We have used this method in the past and this method works very well and it saves our customers money. Sometimes the boxes the tea comes in gets a little smushed but the tea is wrapped in plastic so it stays fresh and we have had no complaints. Often the "I CAN'T FIND IT" order is for a food item that is in glass. Obviously we can not send this in a padded shipping envelop so it is sent in a box. The postal rates for boxes are completely different.

A third reason is the huge variety of sizes, descriptions and flavors. To have every brand, size, type and flavor in stock we would need a warehouse the size of a football field. Also, some of the items requested just are not sold in the stores. We use our experience to know what village or small shop to go to for these items.

Below is just a VERY SMALL example of some of the things people ask us to get for them. What we can get for you is limited only to your imagination and Custom's Regulations. Sorry but we can't send tabacco or alcoholic beverages. Also we can only send food and meat items that are in glass or metal containers.
