We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our shipping center.

BACKORDERED PRODUCTS POLICY

Our shipping center and company is located in the Baltic State of Lithuania in the city of Vilnius.

All of our suppliers for most of our products are no more than a 20 minute drive from our shipping center.

The point we are getting at is this - Backorder? What's a backorder???

The software in our web site tracks our inventory. Daily we check and if we see something is getting low we re-order. When we re-order products for inventory they are ready for pick up in 24 - 48 hours. If for some extreamly unusual situation we will need to wait longer than 48 hours for an item that is usually in our inventory we will contact you and tell you what the situation is and follow your instructions.

This is our GOAL: Once "PayPal" tells us your order has been paid, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.

Forget this backorder stuff!!! You are buying products from the Baltic's. We are a Baltic company.

SHIPPING

Shipping Charges

For all orders there will be a shipping charge.

All shipping charges will be based on the actual postage costs calculated by weight and destination and the cost of the container and materials used for shipping. The shipping charge for the Electric Potato Grater does not appear on the initial receipt that is displayed at time of checkout. The shipping charge for the Electric Potato Grater will be on the final Pay Pal invoice we send you. The reason for this is it is considered a "parcel" item and there is a different Parcel Postage Fee for every country in the world. For all other items, their actual shipping charge will appear on the initial receipt that is displayed at time of checkout.

It is our policy that we DO NOT use a standard "Handling Charge" in addition to the shipping costs.

Postal Insurance is not included in the shipping charge that is displayed on your receipt. If you want Postal Insurance you can order it by sending us an Email when you place your order. For the Electric Potato Grater, if the country's Postal Service we are shipping it to accepts Postal Insurance we do include Postal Insurance in the Total Shipping charge quoted in your Pay Pal Invoice and on the invoice we will indicate that the Postal Insurance has been included. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers could be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which could be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from BalticValue.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. 

Shipping Method

Since our shipping center is located in Vilnius, Lithuania, all orders are considered International orders and are shipped via International Air Mail which according to the Lithuanian Postal Service takes approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery. Unless specifically requested by the customer, orders that are considered special orders, the Electric Potato Grater or items that we indicate will be shipped as a parcel, your order will be shipped in padded shipping envelopes or wrapped in "bubble wrap" and then wrapped in heavy shipping parer. This is a method recommended to us by the Lithuanian Postal Service to save our customers money and we have been shipping using this method with consistent positive results. Based on the total weight of the order it is possible that the order could be sent in multiple containers. This method was also recommended to us by the Lithuanian Postal Service to save our customers money.
