According to our research THIS IS THE ONLY ELECTRIC POTATO GRATER MACHINE of this type in the WORLD. There are other machines and devices out there. Some are electric. Some are manually powered. While some of these machines are of good quality and work very well none of them produce a grated potato with the correct consistency required for these traditional recipes. The good ole traditional hand grater is a great kitchen tool and will grate potatoes to the right consistency. It is perfect for grating potatoes for a batch of potato pancakes for a couple of people. The reason many people get our machine though is because many of these recipes require A LOT of grated potatoes. The time and work involved grating by hand 5 - 8 pounds of potatoes becomes a factor. Many people love these traditional foods but they say it is so much work to grate by hand all the potatoes that this is the reason they very seldom cook these dishes.

The machine is capable of grating up to 80 kg. / 175 lbs. of potatoes an hour for the 220 volt model
and 90 kg. / 198 lbs. an hour for the 110 volt model.
