We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our shipping center. 

Once "PayPal" tells us your order has been paid, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days.   

SHIPPING 

Shipping Charges 
For all orders there will be a shipping charge depending on product specification and parcel weight

All shipping charges will be based on the actual postage costs calculated by weight and destination and the cost of the container and materials used for shipping. Actual shipping charge will appear on the initial receipt that is displayed at time of checkout.

It is our policy that we DO NOT use a standard "Handling Charge" in addition to the shipping costs.

Postal Insurance is not included in the shipping charge that is displayed on your receipt. If you want Postal Insurance you can order it by sending us an Email when you place your order. For the Electric Potato Grater, if the country's Postal Service we are shipping it to accepts Postal Insurance we do include Postal Insurance in the Total Shipping charge quoted in your Pay Pal Invoice. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers could be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which could be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from BalticValue.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. 

Shipping Method 

Since our shipping center is located in Vilnius, Lithuania, all orders are considered International orders and are shipped via International Air Mail which according to the Lithuanian Postal Service should take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery. Of course we are sure that you understand that once we deliver an order to the Postal Service for shipping, we can not be held responsible for any delays encountered during the shipping process. These delays are totally beyond our control. Unless specifically requested by the customer, orders that are considered special orders, the Electric Potato Grater or items that we indicate will be shipped as a parcel, your order will be shipped in padded shipping envelopes or wrapped in "bubble wrap" and then wrapped in heavy shipping parer. This is a method recommended to us by the Lithuanian Postal Service to save our customers money and we have been shipping using this method with consistent positive results. Based on the total weight of the order it is possible that the order could be sent in multiple containers. This method was also recommended to us by the Lithuanian Postal Service to save our customers money.

RETURN POLICY

If within 48 hours of receiving your order you decide that you do not want the item(s) you purchased or if when your order is delivered you decide to not accept the order simply send the item(s) back to our shipping center and send us an email telling us that you are returning an item(s). Once we receive the item(s) and verify that the item(s) are unopened and/or in new condition and undamaged we will issue a complete refund for the item(s). For CDs we must also verify the code to be sure that the CD was not copied. Sorry but there is no refund of any shipping charges or expenses.
