Ingredients: 1 l grated potatoes, 2 cups buckwheat flour, 1 cup hemp seed or poppy seed, salt.
Add the flour and salt to the grated potatoes, and knead well. Roll this dough to a thickness of 1-2 cm, sprinkle with hemp seed or poppy seeds, and make into a roll. Put into a greased baking pan, and bake in an oven for about half an hour. Serve cold noses cut into slices.
